Payment Options

 1. What payment options do you accept when purchasing credit?
You can pay for credits both online and offline. To purchase credits online, you can pay by credit card, debit card or by PayPal. Get Credits now? Click here.

If you do not have a credit card, we accept offline payment options such as Bank Wire Transfer. Please click here for the offline payment instructions.
 2. Is it safe to pay online with my credit card?
Security Guaranteed!

To protect your privacy we use highly secure order processing services provided by a third-party billing company. This means your credit card information is entered using a secure server, and transferred internally using PGP, the most powerful encryption available. Your customer details cannot be sold or made available to anyone else and your card details are only known by our order processors.
 3. When will the credits be added to my account if I choose to pay online?
Under normal conditions, credits will be added to your account on a real time basis if you use online payment options such as credit cards.

However, there may be a possible failure of communication between our server and the order processors, and, therefore, credits may not be added immediately. Please contact us if you encounter this problem.

If you place an eCheque/eCheck through PayPal, the time it takes to clear will depend on the settlement between your bank and the order processor. We will update your credits once your eCheque/eCheck is cleared. For Paypal eCheques/eChecks, bank processing times vary according to the purchasers's country:

Australia 5-7 working days
Canada 6-8 working days
France 8-10 working days
Netherlands 4-6 working days
Spain 14-16 working days
United Kingdom 7-9 working days
 4. If I choose offline payment, how long will it take to get my credits added?
Credits will be added to your account manually only upon receipt of your payment confirmation if you choose offline payment options. It may take longer for you to get the credits added than if you chose to pay online.

For Western Union or bank transfer, credits will be added only upon receipt of your payment confirmation.

If you place an order through check or international money order, the time for it to clear will depend on the settlement between the banks in the two countries. It may require a month or longer to process your order.
 5. How will my payment appear on my credit card statement?

When you make a payment online successfully through the processors mentioned above, our order processors will automatically send out the transaction confirmation email stating clearly your order number, purchase amount and the charge name "QPID NETWORK".
 6. Do you accept U.S. dollars only?
The prices listed on our site are in U.S. dollars, but it is acceptable to pay in other currencies through the following payment options:

1) If you pay online with your credit card or PayPal account, our order processors will make the real-time conversion based on the current exchange rate.

2) If you pay offline via check or money order, we advise you to convert our prices (in U.S. dollars) into the equivalent amount in your own currency.

3) For Western Union payments, please inform the Western Union official that the beneficiary will be accepting USD on the other end so they can help exchange your currency into U.S. dollars.

For bank wire transfers, we only accept payment in U.S. dollars. We suggest you convert your payment into U.S. dollars before you getting it transferred to our bank account.
 7. I have technical problems with my payment. Any solutions?
